The 2009 Cross Bones™ motorcycle styling cuts the profile of an authentic custom bobber for a stripped-down-and-chopped custom bike. Cross Bones™ features a Gloss Black Springer front end and follows with post-war styling, including a Gloss-Black round air cleaner cover, half-moon rider footboards, sprung solo seat, and chopped front fender. At a height of 26.6 inches, the two-position pan-style saddle is adjustable for full control over comfort. The stylish bike has arm-high Gloss Black mini ape hanger handlebars and a Gloss Black oil tank featuring a new Willie G.-autographed skull graphic. The bright chrome straight shot exhaust with chrome slash-cut mufflers compliment the dark frame and powertrain. Softail® motorcycles feature a 6-speed Cruise Drive™ transmission that provide smooth mid-range torque and a relaxed engine speed for the ultimate in scenic Colorado riding.
