For your performance needs, each motorcycle also has a 'slipper' motorcycle clutch and a 1250cc, 122 horsepower Revolution V-Twin engine. The Harley-Davidson VRSC motorcycles also have performance brakes with optional ABS. Combine that with the wide rear Harley tire and you have a serious street bike. These cruisers are full of power, performance, and a style you will only find on Harley VRSC motorbikes. The 2012 Harley-Davidson Motorcycles are gorgeous. The 2012 lineup features two new motorcycles: the Switchback touring bike with quick-release windscreen and removable hard cases, and the V-Rod 10 Anniversary, which offers a chromed-out powertrain, inverted forks, and a tapered tail section.

Other 2012 changes:
All Touring models come with a Twin Cam 103 engine with Automatic Compression Release and an integrated oil cooler. All Touring models except the Ultra Limited have a new "tubeless" Chrome Lace Aluminum Wheel option for easy replacement & repair, and the 103 engine is standard on Softails and most Dyna models.

The 2012 Harley-Davidson Dyna motorcycle line up includes five models. The Dyna Swithcback and Fat Bob each offer the Big Twin performance of the air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6 speed cruise drive transmission, while the Dyna Street Bob and Dyna Super Glide Custom each sport the Twin Cam 96 Harley engine. Other Harley Dyna features include a high performance carbon fiber belt, unique tear drop air cleaner cover, exposed rear shocks, forward-mount or mid-mount controls (varies by model), 6-Speed Cruise Drive transmission, and more.

The 2012 Harley-Davidson Softail motorcycles have features including: hand controls, a larger odometer, and an anti-lock braking system option. New for 2012, all Harley-Davidson Softail bikes are powered by an air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley Engine with 6 speed cruise drive transmission. The Harley-Davidson Softail motorcycles have one of the lowest seat heights of any motorcycle class on the market. The Softail shocks are set in a horizontal position and out of view, giving the motorcycles a rigid suspension look, all the while maintaining the comfort of rear shocks. The 2012 Harley-Davidson VRSC street bikes include the powerful Night Rod Special, V-Rod Muscle. New for 2012 is the V-Rod 10th Anniversary Edition, an extremely limited-edition all-chrome and silver finish motorcycle that celebrates the tenth anniversary of the Harley Davidson custom street bike line.
